A Learning
Environment
In 1997, TMA formally
launched the training arm of our consultancy services. Since then, we have
formulated several interesting course modules against a broad training framework

Training seminars are conducted regionally, and customised
wherever necessary so as to be relevant to CFO's, accountants, finance managers,
credit officers, investment officers and relationship managers involved in
appraising investment opportunities, credit appraisal and or arranging financing
requirements. In addition these seminars serve as the launching pad
for professionals to develop a holistic and process-driven approach in
implementing value based management and creating shareholder value.
Our
emphasis on training ranges
from
-
workshops conducted for clients
as an integral part of consultancy projects undertaken;
-
customised in-house training
programs in Singapore and Asia Pacific for multi-national companies, international financial
institutions and investment banks;
-

Where
courses have high "hands-on" content, the workshop is usually conducted
with each participant equipped with a PC. Some workshops include guest speakers with relevant working
experience to engage participants in short " Q & A" sessions.
This is to facilitate maximum participant contact and offer a
wider range of teaching styles and methods. To find out more about
our course leaders, Click here.
Seminars commonly use multimedia
tools and equipment to better illustrate
concepts covered in our seminars. These range from video clips, spreadsheet macros, computer simulations and other programming
techniques.
