Rationale & Method

We have identified 3 critical success factors that an individual  must gain competency in order to compete effectively in a marketplace that is increasingly being globalised They are domain knowledge, technology and networking ( DTN ).

The reasons are simple.  Business models that cater to what customers want will succeed. It means that we need to be customer-centric. Business model is therefore been constantly challenged to identify wants that are unmet, and to provide solutions that are affordable and at a consistent quality and or service level.

We developed this program within a strategic framework to allow for scalability.

This program seeks  to train young people to be business leaders ( entrepreneurial and NOT administrative ).

For each project, parents are encouraged to help in selecting an appropriate theme, so that there are identifiable goals to ensure relevancy.

Applying Domain Knowledge

Our goal in this program is to seek fusion of two critical skills i.e. domain knowledge and technology.  It is these skill sets that we believe will set the stage for the next level of  competitiveness. We re-define ability as the individual’s cognitive capability to multi-task competently and speedily.

Our program will adhere to the competency based learning standards i.e.

a. A statement of learning standard

b. A description of the learning task

c. An assessment rubric
